Maida Dosai

I tried making a maida dosai today, it was kind of mid, but here are some pictures.

Started off with some flour and water:

Mixed until no more clumps. Chopsticks didn’t work too well, I basically just used my hands:

Added some onions, looking good:

Not bad at all!
